Fieldmagic Releases new Real-Time Accounting Connectors
In any field service business, two of the most critical software systems within your organization are your field service software and your accounting software. It’s also critically important that they’re accurate and up to date.
For this reason, we’ve completely re-architected our accounting integrations to be near real-time. That means that when you update your customer details or create an invoice in Fieldmagic, it will be synchronized into your accounting system within seconds.
We’ve started by supporting the following accounting systems:
- Quickbooks Online (all versions)
- Quickbooks Desktop (all versions)
- Xero
- Reckon Hosted
- MYOB AccountRight Live
We plan to release support for another 3 accounting systems within the next 6 weeks and will continue to add support for additional systems based on customer demand.
Of course, we still fully support our open API and if you have an on-premise ERP or another product that we don’t natively support, we can still integrate with this via our API.

- Automatic updates to invoices in Fieldmagic that are paid in your Accounting system to show as paid in Fieldmagic.
