What data is synced?
Our integration with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks supports the following sync patterns:
- Allows the import of Accounts from the accounting system into Fieldmagic.
- Allows the import of Accounting Codes from accounting system into Fieldmagic.
- Allows the import of Products from accounting system into Fieldmagic.
- Generation and sync of Sales Invoices to accounting package.
- Generation and sync of Purchase Orders to the accounting package.
We support multi-stage invoicing for project type jobs!
Fieldmagic provides great flexibility when it comes to project invoicing. It allows multiple-staged invoices against a single project job. This is ideal for large projects that have different values, contracts, products, and expenses per stage.
This also ensures that all variations are tracked on the invoice and that the amount due on a current invoice sent is subtracted from the overall contract value. This allows you to clearly indicate the remaining sum to be invoiced over the course of the project.
